OFTEN ASKED QUESTIONS 

Boarding 

Do you have weekend pickup / drop off times?  Yes  8:30-9:00 a.m., 2:00-2:30 p.m., 7:30-8:00 p.m.

How are charges figured?  We charge by the day, like a hotel. Charged day of check in and pickup after 11:00 is a full day charge

Can we bring our pups bed? Yes  You are welcome to bring their bed, blankets, toys or anything that will help them feel comfortable.  We do provide beds, blankets, toys and bowls.

Do we need to bring food? Yes  It is best for your dog to continue on their usual diet, but we do have dry kibble for any dog staying with us.

Does my dog get playtime outside of their kennel? Yes  All dogs get let out several times a day, dogs that are dog friendly have group playtime.  Dogs that are not dog friendly have their own playtime.

Do you provide walks?  Yes  We have an assortment of enrichment activities, treats  or a walk that can be added to your stay for a small fee.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?  Yes  All dogs must be current on Bordetella, Parvo/Distemper, and Rabies.  Proof of current vaccinations must be provided!

Grooming

How long will my dogs groom take?  Approximately two hours, depending on the size and type of groom.

Can my dog stay longer than the groom takes?  We are happy to accommodate work schedules with prior arrangements.  If your dog is left for an extended period of time without notice, there will be a boarding fee charged!

When do I need to start my puppy with grooming? We like to see puppies start around 10 -12 weeks of age.

Even if they don't need a haircut.  The earlier puppies are introduced to the grooming process the less stressful it is for them when they are older.

Daycare

How old does my puppy have to be?  If they have received all series of vaccinations they can attend playcare

My dog is intact, can they attend?  No Intact males over the age of 9 months are not permitted in playcare.  Females in heat are not permitted in playcare.

I don't know if my dog will get along with others?  We do a trial day for new attendees, with slow introductions and evaluate their behavior for future playcare
